| Q1. | How to lodge any complaint? (top) |
| A1. | Any aggrieved party can lodge his complaint to the Managing Director,U.P. Co-operative sugar factories Federation,Lucknow against any act or ommission of any officers/employee of sugar federation or its member sugar mills. The complaint should be genuine supported by athentic evidences and duly signed by the complaint. It may be sent by post, addressed to Managing Director, 9-A Rana Pratap Marg, Lucknow or by e-mail &'133;&'133; or placed in the complaint box in the head office. |

| A3. | The Vendor should be a manufacturer, authorized distributor/dealer of goods required by the federation. Rate contract are done on the basis off Open tenders. Pl. refer < Rate contract ITEM > for more information. |

| A5. | General manager of the concerning sugar mill or DCO or District Magistrate of concerning district can be contacted. Make sure that the complaint should be genuine supported with authentic oral or written evidence in support. |

| A6. | A grower can contact the cane department regarding enquiry about their parchee or payment position. Most of the sugar mills have computerised cane management facility. These sugar mills provide one dedicated terminal for enquiry purpose where the grower can avail this facility. |
