Sugar federation has plan for efficient functioning of sugar mills and distilleries, financial stability and quality control of its products. Emphasis is on maintaining financial discipline, financial control and effective management. Modernisation of sugar mills is being done to improve the quality of products. Besides there is an effective plan for improvement of financial health of sick sugar mills. All this endeavour has however, kept the interest of the cane growers as one of the prime concerns.
